Renaissance Woman
My purpose is to live fully present. Connected. Curious. Awake. Aware.
To feel it all - the beauty and the brutality - and turn it into wisdom.
Not the kind found in books, but the kind that lives in my flesh and bones.
My Journey
I’VE BEEN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF WHERE I AM TODAY.
The side of anxiously looking for those elusive things called Peace. Love. Joy. God.
You know the drill.
Looking for answers in books, deep philosophical quotes, lyrically-rich songs, strangers' stories, relationships with men, get-me-out-of-here plane tickets, yoga, meditation loops, courses on clearing blockages.
Superfoods, juices, cleanses. Retreats to the sea, ayahuasca in the mountains, Kambo in a stranger's home.
Even shallow articles on "how to make a man fall in love with 4 words" (or was it 6?!).
(INSERT SELF-DEPRECATING EYE-ROLL HERE)
I've prayed to Gods and Goddesses, the Universe, Buddha, angels, energy healers, and the man in the moon.
You name it … I likely laugh at myself for trying it!
I searched. I waited. I paid. I hurt.
AND I LOST.
I found. I created. I invested. I loved.
AND I WON.
I’ve won because I’ve mastered the art of turning loss into love.
The romantic in me calls it a journey.
The gritty truth-teller in me calls it a process.
A process that whipped me through the soul-crushing cycles the human condition will press upon you in the face of living deeply open in truth.
I learned to flow with every twist and turn as I discovered it was the unexpected pivots that revealed the grit and grace of who Kristin Gracie truly is.
This is the path of the artist…making sense of the madness to create something that touches your soul.
I share my inner world in a way you will feel yours. Gracie’s Muse is the home for that.
The journey is the training.
For over a decade, I've worked with people from all walks of life as they navigated various turning points and challenges.
In true Renaissance Woman fashion, I draw from an eclectic background with various skillsets spanning wellness, transformation, and entrepreneurship, combined with my training as a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NY.
