First, initiate interest by clicking the button ‘Inquire for a Spot’ to open the form for you to complete. From that I will provide you with a custom proposal if it’s a good fit for where you’re at.
Once you’re a client, it’s an on-going connection where you reach out when you're confronted with something or simply need a fresh perspective while it’s alive in you … no waiting for an appointment.
We connect through async conversation, audio or written. Most clients prefer audio, and feel it’s like having a private podcast with me.
I use the Signal messaging app for client communications because it offers the highest level of privacy protection and is not Meta-owned.

Not automatically. I first review every inquiry for a "good fit check" and follow up within 2–3 business days of receiving your inquiry, with either a custom proposal or a note if it's not a good fit.
To ensure every conversation receives my full presence, I take a limited number of clients each month so it's first-come, first-served.
Existing clients are given priority to continue each month, with renewal confirmed by the 15th of the prior month. After that date, any open spots go to the next person on the inquiry list.

This is a month-to-month offer, so there's no long-term obligation. You can continue, or not, for as long as you see fit.

I’ll respond within 72 hours -usually as an audio message, delivered by email.
If I need more clarity from you, I'll send one follow-up email with additional questions for you to respond to.

This is a single exchange: one topic, one complete response.
I’ll send a full response (usually as an audio message) by email within 72 hours of your submission and payment being received.
If I need more clarity before I can properly respond, I will send one email with follow-up questions for you to reply to in one email response. My 72-hour response time window restarts once you reply to the follow-up email. If I don't hear back within 7 days, I'll respond based on what you originally shared.
If I'm running behind, I'll let you know within the original 72-hour window and complete delivery within 7 days. In the unlikely event I miss that 7-day mark, you're entitled to a full refund.
This is not crisis support, emergency counseling, therapy, or medical advice. If something you share needs a licensed professional, I'll tell you directly.
If I determine your submission isn't a fit for this format before I've responded, you'll receive a full refund.
Payment is collected at submission. Once my full response has been delivered, the exchange is complete, and it's non-refundable.
